As a man,we need practise ourselves,we have a good health then we can enjoy our life with our lover.I know some man has some sexual repression,it’s really a big trouble in the sex relationship
In the life,we need have good mood about the health care.

This 6 strategies seem like very easy ,but if want to insist on doing and thinking like this,it’s a little hard,anyway ,for my health I prepare to pratise and make myself happy everyday.I do have some sexual repression in sexual life,my wife often think I am not open….disappoint…may I need some pills to treat?

I think you don’t need nerverse,you should think your wife is your lovest person,you’re doing the best thing,you should enjoy,just feel relax and do some touch caress before the sex,give some feeling…
Don’t think that’s a big deal,that just a happy thing..very easy.
